About Ruschelle Khanna

Ruschelle Khanna has spent over 20 years working at the intersection of family therapy, health psychology, and wealth.

She brings decades of experience to helping people seize the power of their own ability to heal. She has guided successful families, high-performing individuals in overcoming the challenges chronic illness and preserving a legacy and passing on generational wealth.

Ruschelle is a graduate of Columbia University where she provided direct, clinical, trauma-focused therapy for people and their families who were at ground zero on 9/11.  Afterwards, she was a dedicated (live-in) consultant for the founder of a hedge fund and his high-profile family. In that role, she set up a full-service in-home program for a family member struggling with mental illness.

In March of 2014 her career was put on hold to heal severe and disabling neurological Lyme disease & coinfections. After finding her way back from a four year encounter with chronic pain, medical gaslighting, and disability she dedicated her practice to the overlap between health and wealth.

Since then, Ruschelle has worked with high-net-worth individuals, families and organizations, helping leaders wrestle with health relationships and career.

Ruschelle brings a wealth of knowledge that includes her psychotherapy training of trauma and the mind-body connection, counseling families at all stages of wealth growth and transfer, business strategy, team dynamics, and sales. She knows the right questions to ask and the right approaches to take to help you navigate the crazy mental game of family, teams, and business.
